| Abstract |
|
This study was designed to analyze the extent of incident shock impact on emotional exhaustion and physical symptoms. The subjects were 415 rescue workers in Seoul Metropolitan Fire and Disaster Headquarters. Questionnaire consisted of 20 sociodemographic questions, 22 incident shock scale and emotional exhaustion scale and 20 physical symptoms scale. Empirical analysis was verified at the 5% significance level and for SPSSWIN 18.0 program was used for processing statistics. With high reliabilities, the extent of incident shock was Cronbach`s ${alpha}$=.975, emotional exhaustion was .914 and physical symptoms was .965, The results show that the groups who had more career years as fire fighters and rescue moblilization had higher levels of incident shock. In the respect of researching every rescue workers in Seoul, this study is meanigful. Moreover, to prevent and relief the risk of high-risk incident shock groups the Japan`s Disaster Stress Program which can connect check-up and treatment after incident shock is need to be introduced and applied. |

본 연구는 서울소방재난본부 소속 구조대원을 대상으로 사건충격정도가 정서적탈진과 신체적 증상에 미치는 영향에 대하여 분석하였다. 연구대상자는 구조분야에 근무하는 구조대원 415명을 대상으로 하였으며, 설문지는 인구사회학적 질문 20문항과, 사건충격척도와 정서적탈진척도 22문항, 신체적증상척도 20문항으로 구성하였다. 실증분석은 모두 유의수준 5%에서 검증하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 사건충격정도는 Cronbach`s ${alpha}$=.975, 정서적 탈진은 .914, 신체적적인 증상은 .965로 신뢰도가 높게 나타났다. 분석결과 현장출동 경험이 많고 근무연수가 오래된 구조대원들의 사건충격정도가 높게 나타났다. 사건충격정도가 정서적탈진에 미치는 영향은 과각성, 회피, 침습, 수면장애 및 정서적 마비, 해리증상 모두 유의미한 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 서울 소속 구조대원 전체를 대상으로 실시하는 연구로 의미가 있으며, 사건충격정도 고위험군에 대한 예방 및 완화방안은 사건충격 경험 시 검사 및 치료를 연계할 수 있는 일본의 참사스트레스 프로그램 도입, 응용하는 제도가 요구된다. |
