Abstract
When a disaster occurs, the disaster information manager performs tasks such as collecting information, broadcasting the situation, initiating measures, and conducting disaster relief. However, in many cases, disaster information is lacking or scattered so that disaster relief can not be clearly performed. Therefore, through the development of environmental disaster information standard codes, it will be possible to provide information about the disaster information and disaster management in case accidents occur. Examples of such accidents include standard soil pollution, water pollution, air pollution, accidental leakage of toxic gas, and the destruction of a tanker carrying toxic substances. With the proper information, accurate countermeasures can be provided.

요지
재난정보 관리자는 재난 발생 시 정보의 수집, 상황전파, 초동조치 및 지휘 등의 업무를 수행하나, 재난정보가 부족하거나 산재되어 있어 재난 발생 시 명확하게 업무를 수행하지 못하는 경우가 많다. 따라서 환경 재난 정보 표준 코드 개발을 통해 표준 토양오염, 수질오염, 대기오염뿐만 아니라 유해가스의 누출사고, 유해물질을 운반하는 탱크로리의 전복 등 유독물 누출에 의한 사고 등 발생 시 재난 정보 및 재난관리자의 업무를 표준화하여 정확한 대응책을 마련하고자 한다.
