Abstract
Damage caused by disasters is growing rapidly worldwide. Further, it is becoming increasingly difficult to cope with such damage using the personnel of firefighters only. Hence, research and development of disaster robots is being pursued actively as a new alternative. This project deals with the development of an unrestricted firefighting power assist device with lifting performance within the fire safety and 119 rescue and emergency technology development project. The purpose of this study is to define the structure and application sites of the power assist device and to evaluate its on-site capabilities under dust, water, high temperature, and low temperature environments that are observed in real disaster sites. Through such environmental tests for each unit, it was possible to minimize the errors that could occur before integrating the parts of the device. In addition, the stability of the device's performance under different environments was confirmed.

요지
전 세계적으로 재난에 의한 피해가 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 소방대원의 인력만으로 대처하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에따라 새로운 대안으로 재난 로봇에 대한 연구개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 과제는 “소방안전 및 119구조⋅구급기술연구개발 사업”의 지원으로 리프팅 성능을 보유한 운동 비제한 소방 근력 지원장치를 개발 중이다. 본 연구에서는 근력 지원장치의 구조 및 적용현장을 정의하고, 실제 재난 환경에서 발생 가능한 분진, 물, 고온 및 저온 환경에서의 시험을 통해 현장적용성을 평가하였다. 이러한 단위제품별 환경시험을 통해 부품 통합 전 발생 가능한 오류를 최소화 할 수 있었으며, 여러 환경에서의 안정적인 성능 구현여부를 확인할 수 있었다.
