Abstract
In general, underground facilities are designed accounting for the primary consolidation settlement and are buried in consideration of the allowable residual settlement. The subsequent secondary consolidation settlement is smaller than the first one and occurs during a longer period of time. However, in areas where deep soft grounds (coastal areas, etc.) are abundant, settlement of up to 50 cm may occur due to secondary consolidation, the hydraulic characteristics may change, and the facilities may operate under conditions that are different from the initial planned design. Therefore, this study establishes scenarios accounting for secondary consolidation settlement (long-term settlement) and various settlement degrees and compares the hydraulic characteristics of rainwater pipelines with those of the initial plan for storm-water drainage. An attempt is made to evaluate the uncertainties concerning the capabilities of the facilities.

요지
일반적으로 지하시설물은 1차 압밀침하가 이루어지고 허용잔류침하량을 고려하여 매설하며 이후 발생하는 2차 압밀침하량은 1차 압밀침하량에 비해 미소하고 그 기간이 길어 침하량을 설계에 반영하기에 한계가 있어 무시하는 경우가 많다. 그러나 대심도 연약지반(해안지역 등)이 발달한 지역의 경우 2차 압밀침하로 인하여 침하가 최대 50 cm 가량 발생할 수 있으며 초기 계획한 설계와 다른 조건으로 수리적 특성이 변형되어 운영될 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 2차압밀침하량(장기침하), 침하정도 등의 시나리오를 구축하고 초기 계획된 우수관로와 2차침하가 완료된 우수관로의 수리적 특성의 비교를 통해 우수관의 통수능력의 변화 및 초기 통수능력에 대한 불확실성을 제시하고자 하였다.
