| Abstract |
|
When earthquakes occur, the difficulties and confusions in conducting the post-earthquake safety evaluation are expected because manpower, experiences, specialties, and so on are insufficient at local governments. In this paper, the mobile-based post-earthquake safety evaluation system for buildings is developed in order to support the task related to the post-earthquake safety evaluation at local governments. The system is composed of the application for the post-earthquake safety evaluation at fields and the program for man-aging the evaluation results at local emergency offices. The system designs to have the functions of automatically and efficiently con-ducting the task related to the post-earthquake safety evaluation and contents for education and public relations. The usefulness of the developed application is verified through the field test. The earthquake management plans at local governments using the system are also suggested. |

국내에서 지진이 발생할 경우, 지방자치단체 재난관리 담당 부서의 인력 및 전문성 부족, 평가단원 확보 및 교육의 어려움 등으로 지진피해 건축물의 긴급 위험도 평가 실시에 큰 어려움과 혼란이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지진발생시 지방자치단체가 신속하고 원활하게 지진피해 건축물의 긴급 위험도 평가를 실시할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 모바일 기반의 지진피해 건축물 현장 긴급위험도 평가 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 모바일 기반의 긴급 위험도 평가용 앱과 긴급 위험도 평가결과 관리프로그램으로 구성되며, 지진피해 건축물의 긴급 위험도 평가 업무의 자동화 및 효율화, 긴급 위험도 평가 교육 및 홍보 관련 기능을 갖도록 개발하였다.또한, 모바일 기반 긴급 위험도 평가용 앱의 시험운용을 통하여 앱의 활용성을 검증하였으며, 지방자치단체의 효율적인 지진재난 관리를 위한 모바일 기반 지진피해 건축물의 긴급 위험도 평가 시스템의 활용방안을 제시하였다. |
